I got away with just dropping the turbo slightly and not removing it completely

basically all pipes out the way, undo the turbo support bracket bolt (holds the turbo to the block via a bracket), undo 3 bolts on the top of the manifold and turbo should drop slightly

undo 13 manifold nuts, remove manifold.

Undo oil banjo to gain access to 1 of the small bolts securing the actuator bracket, other 2 are easy to get to

Reverse

Oh and enjoy trying to find the "hidden" manifold nut, you can only access this by pushing the turbo down slightly and going in blind

yes mate manifold needs to come off to gain access to the bolts holding the bracket on

Just one thing, make sure you push the downpipe and turbo back up when you put the 3 long bolts in to join the turbo back to the manifold, if you don't you'll cross thread the bolts (talking from experience)

i reckon give yourself a whole day if you've never done anything like it before. After you've done it once, its a 2 hour job tops.
