and it would seem I have failed my MOT  :laugh:

Overweight - check desipte having lost 2 stone since leaving the RAF.

Smoke - erm yes - monday to friday

Drink - Maybe - no where near as much, well during the week

High Blood pressure - a tad,

Exercise - it would seem not,

BMI - Fat cooont status has been achieved. just not clincally anymore. 

And after all that she  asked why I had actually gone there  :laugh:

shut it you, mr sports injuries.

losing 2 stone didnt seem to count

cutting down on units drank a week by half didnt count either

and being on my feet all day ( well 75% ) rather than sat on my arse didnt either.

And i even walked round to the Doctors, just not fast enough to cause a shortness of breath  :rolleyes:

Bmi is highly innacurate so sont take that into account. You seem to be going in the right direction, so its not all bad  :smiley:

Hey, almost a month now without a ankle/foot going wrong now. Winning.

If you looked at my BMI score I drop in to the morbidly obese catagory. :laugh: took my resting heart rate this morning. 60bpm so can't be that unfit now can I :grin:

You are doing well though. You on the field tonight?
