lol i've been clinically obese since i was 15. The average weight for an adult who is 6ft 2" is something between 10 and 14 stone

and it would seem I have failed my MOT

Overweight - check desipte having lost 2 stone since leaving the RAF.

Smoke - erm yes - monday to friday

Drink - Maybe - no where near as much, well during the week

High Blood pressure - a tad,

Exercise - it would seem not,

BMI - Fat cooont status has been achieved. just not clincally anymore.

And after all that she  asked why I had actually gone there

lets focus on the positives here which your doc hasn't taken into account...

Overweight - not as much as you were

Smoke - not as much as you did (in fact you gave up for a while so you know you can do it again)

Drink - not as much as you did... weren't you on a bottle of vodka a night at one point?

High Blood pressure - a tad... i don't know your history on this but I guess that its not as bad as it was

Exercise - it would seem yes.. no one can tell me that they don't get warmed up etc by cleaning the car

BMI - just not clinically obese anymore.. which is great news... and you're not morbidly obese so what is the problem

everything here is going in the right direction... I would say that you are on the road to success... if you carry on with your current weight loss then you would have lost 4 stone by the
summer... all you need to do is make a couple more small changes and everything will be tickety boo!

WELL DONE YOU!! :afro:
