Next there will be a new section for cooking and recipes and girly stuff like that ...

I suggest a dedicated forum for that, maybe ask for a GolfGTI section in these

Go back to your Tech section and close the door behind you.

This forum is getting gayer by the day...and I'm not even the one instigating any of it!

I posted a mostly naked picture of Robert Pattinson from twilight in the T&A thread the other day and one of the mods deleted it.

Archies super cool choc chip rock cakes.
400g self raising flour
150g sugar
150g butter
100g chic chips
2 eggs.

Preheat the oven to gas 7. Grease 2 trays.

Sieve the flour in, add sugar, choc and butter. Knead it all up till you get breadcrumbs and the mix starting to stick.

Beat yer eggs and add to the mix. You should be able to get it to stand in 1 lump like a loaf of bread.

Pull bits off and put em on the tray whatever size you want.

Oven em for fifteen or till golden brown.

Enjoi!!! Best eaten lukewarm - straight out the oven burns your Tongue.

x2 fillets of seabass
heat a pan and throw in some butter, not marg or any other butter subs.
put fillets in pan skin side down and season with salt n pepper, leave them there until you see the flesh turn white on the upper side, then spoon over butter and flip and leave for 1min flesh side down. this is the simplest and tastiest way to cook any white fish fillets.
serve with crusty whte bread and baked beans[ winter] or salad [summer]. this is awesome with whiting fillets fresh caught.
the secret is not to burn butter in the pan
you can use herbs, garlic etc in the frying butter if you want but with fresh caught fish au natural is best
