Who knows. We may even create a forum cook book for charity.

So.

Recipes must be you own creation.

Post:

1. Ingredients
2. Method
3. Pics

Enjoy.

Baked beans: Tin of branston beans, heat in a saucepan. Add knob of butter, lots of black pepper and allow to slowly stew. Add a dash of Dave's Temporary Insanity Pepper sauce for an extra kick. Serve with anything you want.

Red lentil curry,

red lentils 200g or so
curry past whatever you like, I use pataks jalfrezzi
onion
tinned tomatos
mixed herbs

chop up onion, chuck it in a wok with some oil for a couple minuites. Add the herbs I usually go with the first 3 or 4 I come to in the cupboard, along with the lentils, 2-3 tablespoons curry paste, and 500ml water. Simmer that sh!t for 10 minuites stiring when theres an ad break then add the tomatos and simmer for another 10 mins. Job done

You can also add some naan or if your feeling a bit adventurous stick a couple of pitta in the toaster

Jamie Oliver would be proud

potatoe cake
One potatoe, cut it up, put it in boiling water for 20 mins or so, mash up, add a little butter and milk.
in another bowl mix a spoon of plain flour with a spoon of butter, add the mash and a little milk, make into a circle.

sauce
one large egg yolk in a bowl, heat a spoon of butter untill melted, mix into the egg yolk mixing fast so it doesent cook the egg yolk, add a little white wine vinegar/rice vinegar works too (as i found out when i picked up the wrong bottle :D ) little salt and pepper.
cut up bacon into small bits and fry till crispy, take out of pan and put on kitchen roll to cool.

black pudding
stick two peices in a frying pan.

arrange with the potatoe cake on the bottom, bit of black pudding on top then the bacon then drizzle on the sauce.

if you want, stick a bit of salad on the plate with it.

Next there will be a new section for cooking and recipes and girly stuff like that ...

I suggest a dedicated forum for that, maybe ask for a GolfGTI section in these
