Was told about this the other day as well. From another forum:



Standard on the right, middle two are the optional filter and the B6 1.8t option and then on the left its the transporter filter.

I remember I had one same width as standard just 50% longer any idea what one that was?

its tight fit with the standard filter i think will rub on the air con hose i wouldnt bother tbh just my 2 pennies :smiley:

some agu's dont have air con as thats a woman only feature like traction control  :tongue:

Yes, fitted perfect with no fouling of anything and i have air con  :smiley:

what a bloody good idea having the bolt on top of the filter, they can be a royal pain to remove....
why dont they all have this   :smiley:

Would save me ramming a screwdriver in the old one
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)
