Out 'training' i.e. getting slightly fitter, every night on my single speed road bike and you know what... I think its working?

I was recommended it by a mate who won the enduro last weekend, grind the big gears up hills and work on faster average speeds during the week on a single speed and when it comes to weekend muddy fun events you will sprint up hills and everything else will come naturally   :undecided:

56, it's got some solid looking gear on it, nice and light and is in faaaarrr better condition than my single speed but unfortunately it is too small for me and it was bought to sell.

Just had to cut an ally seat post out as it had corroded to the steel frame. Kids, always lube your post   seriously, dab of lube does wonders.
