Yeah hence the stolen ad. That was my first one, now got a silver one.

all cleaned up ready for Nepal, have some hans dampf's on now and am well impressed, even more so by the weight of them! Have got the bike down to 32.5lbs now

Also made this little mud guard for the VPP out of kevlar/carbon

Thats a pretty good weight for a Tracer with 160 fork and a dropper post! Good job.

Would you make another mud guard? I have been using a reasonably tidy solution with inner tube and cable ties, but that looks a bit smarter. If you could do me one for a few quid that'd be ideal!

There's still scope for less weight, ill be going single ring after the hols plus these will be my dh wheels and ill get some lighter ones for the Hans dampfs.

I'll have to see about the guard, trouble is the quiet period is over now at work and I need to sneak it into the autoclave to cure the part. Would be good to make a load of them, bet they would sell really well! Oh yeah, it weighs 6g

32 is good mine weights in at 36.9lbs! Although nothing in mine is light weight. I've got to fit mine in a bike bag and keep it below 23kgs so a few parts will be going in my hand luggage.

No worries, inner tube will suffice for now. Keep us posted if you get the weight down further!
