I was taking the piss  Seems I caught a big one.
You'll be surprised at how quickly your fitness improves. Then start taking different routes to make it longer etc

You caught a big one, didn't realise your into catching men Steve    I'm sorry though I don't cycle that way.

It is brilliant excercise, it devours my leg fat so quickly.

Sorry, I don't see the joke. It's not like I can make my office further from where I live, of put it on top of a mountain, that's just where it is. It still knackered me out, I'm very unfit.

About 4.5 miles a day, makes 22.5 miles a week. That's 22.5 miles further than I was doing before, also leaves me £60 a month better off than commuting via tram.

Wish I had a road bike, kept getting overtaken by people on proper bikes

As soon as you feel your fitness starting to improve you should try making the route a little longer and build up and up.... THEN GET MUDDY AT WEEKENDS

See it advertised online, apparently he's a Team Nukeproof rider and he's just taken delivery of a new bike so selling this. Of to pick it up Saturday along with a load of spare parts

New locks ordered, bike will be added to house insurance and it will now be kept inside the house :lipsrsealed:
