I've used brake and clutch cleaner before same stuff isn't?

I've got a chain tool but not used it yet but will before the race.

im a complete novice really just going along for the day off and do some riding  :smiley:

he said he was going to bring gels and the stuff to put in the water, i have no idea about the nutrition during races

thanks for all the info  :smiley:

only asked about the forks i didn't know if it would be better if they were a bit stiffer  :smiley:

i wish i got into to it earlier love it now but the rain has made the trails really muddy down portsmouth.

I was going to go out, with my new semi slicks on, but i cant seem to rebuild my sh!tty front forks, looks like an allen piece but I've tried every size I own.

i certainly will be lol,anyone ever used the kenda small block 8 tyres?,got a pair for £15 brand new ,they was for my boys bike but quite like the look of them lol
