I had what appears to be the most un-fun ride ever... no jokes. Biked 7 miles along dead straight boring roads thought the woods would be nice and fun but there was so little grip I just turned around and came home after getting about half a mile in. Oh and all the while was getting frozen by lorry and cars spraying slush all over the shop.

Yer, the annoying thing is that I was in Edinburgh all weekend with some great places to ride whilst my missus was at work all day saturday but there is no where to wash myself or was mybike/store without washing

What do you guys reckon to this one?

http://www.evanscycles.com/products/gt/palomar-2010-mountain-bike-ec020915

Someone at work is selling it.  Think he paid about 250 notes for it.  Said he's looking for around the 100 mark for it.
