May as well post mine seeing as its a bike thread. Picked this up last year and really only started riding a few months ago. Not quite as hard core as some of you lot by the sounds of it... but here ya go! rockhopper expert
It doesn't matter how 'hard core' your bike is, if it suits what you need it for its the perfect bike for you. My single speed for example is an 80's raleigh frame with a pair of wheels found in my mates shed paired with a cheap crankset and the ideal ratio for me. I have the choice of my BMX and mountainbike to go into uni on but never choose anything other than my singlespeed because its ideal.
Yeah.. I guess it is perfect for what i use it for. I go out once a week on roads, slightly rough off road and a few uphill/downhill bits and through the park. Weight wise its perfect.
Have done some road riding also so simply changing the wheels on this should be great if I do the coast to coast this year at some point.
