The private clinics should be made to pay, if they wont for whatever reason i.e. they've gone bust then it's down to the NHS to take care of it. That's what the NHS does.
It's no different from a tattoo going bad or someone being treated for a smoking related illness.
Self-inflicted but we can't just leave them to die.

what did these women think was in then? medical grade or not, they wanted to put crap in their body. you saved up/took loans out so you could shove in peoples face, do the same to remove the foreign body

Bang out of order, What about people who have had cancer and had breast replacement!! Don't go making out that just because they have implants that they go around flaunting them...

There was a woman on the news who carried out all the right checks, the surgeon cut one open in front of her and showed her how it wouldn't leak even if it broke and then when they came to surgery she had an implant from a different company installed, the said dodgy company, which then did leak...
