reaccuring problem
« on: 30 December 2011, 00:47 »
considering ive spent over £800 on the engine, you would think i had solved all problems, guess not

just finished work, turned the key, with clicking from behind the dash i know to be the fuel relay, but there was also a popping sound from the engine, i opened the bonnet to a burning smell, that soon went, turned the key again to hear a winey noise and a clicking noise from the engine also, obviosuly this isnt right

im also getting the clicking from the fuel relay as im driving, this is then followed by the car julting/pulling then a pop from the exhaust, this feels like its starving itself of fuel then cutting back in, like an 'overfuel'

would this be a case of just a new fuel relay, or is it something more severe?

cheers ta, thanks very moochos
