lower breather pipe (PCV pipework)
« on: 21 December 2011, 20:24 »
Does anyone know the part number on the above?
Its a 90degree plastic pipe which is under the inlet mani and connects the to the pcv system.
Mine is leaking oil but I think there should be an O ring seal which seals the pipe to the block am I right? There is also a 'C' locking clip which keeps the plastic pipe connected to the block, Does anyone know how far this should be pushed in as mine has quite a gap.

Finnaly I think this is my boost leak iv been looking for lol

There should be a o ring and the c clip. I bought a new one but no longer have any receipts with part number on.

The best thing to do is junk it and install a catch can the said pipe work are prone to leaking in some shape or form
