ANTERA's wheels have won numerous accolades from critics, culminating in 1994 with the title of "Alloy Wheel Design of the Year" for the Type 109 three-spoke.

At its launch, the Type 109 created a stir. It was the first truly harmonious and balanced three-spoke wheel,

Sorry, but a three spoke wheel can never be balanced.  It will always be wrong and the above examples still totally do not do it for me, especially when you consider the huge range of other (not wrong) wheels that could be there in their place.

1994.

The year Kurt Cobain killed himself.

Now, I'm not going to suggest Cobain inconsiderately killed himself because of the prevailance of tri-spoke alloy wheels, but the winning of the Alloy Wheel Design of the Year by a three spoke wheel points to something not being right in the world.

John Major was Prime Minister.  Need I say any more?

About the only other note-worthy thing that happened in 1994 is Richard Nixon died, so it wasn't entirely a dreadful year.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
