coilovers vs suspension kits

sorry if this have been covered , but whats peoples thoughts on suspension kits as opposed to coilovers., im thinking of goin for a suspension kit as i still would like to retain good ride quality, heard the coilovers can be a bit stiff.
would also like to have an adjustable height as well, handy if im ever gna upgrade to larger wheels i suppose.
seems to be a lot of decent priced kits tho for both coilovers and suspension kits.
whats peoples thoughts

well thats debatable lol, hence tryin to go for an adjustable set up, was thinkin  maybe along the lines of a 50mm front and a 40mm rear drop, cud well change tho, thinkin more on the kit side of things, are coilovers the ideal setup to go for, not wana spend crazy money but i do like quality

If you want to adjust height, has to be coilovers, unless you want to buy different springs each time..

FK AK street kit, im happy, some others aren't.

Same with JOM..

Id stay away from Hottuning from some of the reviews ive read  :smiley:
