i was going to go for hottuning but after some mixed reveiws ive decided to give them a miss, i am going to just go down the fk ak/jom route. and will proberbly end up with fk ak's just because fk is a "bigger" brand compared to JOM

yeah been lookin at the FK Power High Tech , noticed theres 3 different kits on the fk range im assuming all would be top quality, tbh theres that many to choose from  ie Gmax, Apex spax to name a few, think the best option would be maybe to decide on a ride height and buy a suitable kit me thinks

If your looking for comfortable coilovers I would suggest something like kw variant 1/2/3 depending on your budget. I am using bilstein b16 pss9 which competes well with the kw variant 3, only the bilstein is supposed to be a more harsh ride, yet when I set it to setting 6 front and back it rides really well on public roads. If your doing more daily driving then I would recommend the kw variant 3 over my b16 pss9

Good quality spring / shock kit is the best choice, will give you a 40mm drop.

FK AK if you want nice drop and retain comfort

Jom if you want more stiffness

How do I know, my friend got FK-AK and I got JOM and we fitted them at the same time. Thats my 2-cent, either kits are a hell lot better than the stock setup. It's your decision.
