New OFFICIAL MOT Regulations

When reading through it the first thing I thought was "Like any MOT test centre is going to bother doing thee checks.  It's just more work for them."

Very interesting reading.
So a tester can fail a car for having a spongey brake pedal, down to the tester's opinion, that would prove interesting on an old car.
Airbag testing also could write off older vehicles.
