You could be being sarcastic but to personally insult me, saying im a clown, and i drive bangers, is kind of direct, rather than a generalisation. L200's been replaced to be fair, but staying for work and snow duties cos it cant be faulted for that!

And there aren't these scenarios in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow etc. etc.? I t doesn't matter where you live, there'll be some scroat wanting to pinch whatever nice things you have from you. So you take as many precautions as you can (garaged, steering wheel lock etc. etc.) and pay for comprehensive insurance.

As for the north/south argument there are many lovely places down south but you couldn't pay me any money in the world to live down there, London in particular. It just seems to take forever to get anywhere and everyone's so busy and unfriendly. My (northern) mate lived in Basingstoke for three years, for example, in a semi-detached and his neighbour never once even said hello.
