Also swapped wheels front-to-back to even up the tyres last night, as the fronts appear to be wearing inexplicably faster on the shoulders than the rears.

Needs negative camber, innit.
I also have the 256mm vented fronts off the Corrado, which will be fitted before very long, to stop the retardation being quite so rubbish.
After swapping the tyres I also adjusted the handbrake cables up, which gives a shorter throw, which is nice.
Strangely after 178k the drivers door has sagged on the hinges, so I took the dramatic move of adjusting the striker plate, so it no longer closes with a ba-dump, just a single syllable, which has a huge impact on the ownership experience as, let's face it - it's the door I use on pretty much every journey I make.
