Anyone want a junior level IT job in Oxford?
« on: 01 December 2011, 09:26 »
Basic IT knowledge required, lots of on the job training, must know how to install Windows, software, hardware and some d
Good communication skillz and know how to take the piss and have the piss taken out of you

Not the best salary but it's not going to be a high pressure job, good/fun working environment too with some fun clients (obv. some not so fun).

PM me if interested and I'll give you the contact details for my company

The main thing tbh is telephone skills, not being shy on the phone and really just to setup PC's, diagnose problems with PC's, internet and applications etc

Do you know how to setup a PC, install software and fix problems when they occur?

Sounds like a job for me

Cos you only need to know two things to do

1. Turn it off and back on again

2. Hammer time

doesn't particularly matter if you've been trained to or not, as long as you've got a good head on you and can figure stuff out or know how Google works you'll be fine
