The 1st photo is what is on the car, the 2nd is what came with the dampers (although I'm sure you would have guessed anyway)

washer and nut

My mums out in my MK3 ATM but they probably go in the wing where the rubber blocks are. Take them out then can put a washer and nut underneath it.
