Which one?

Neither of these cars because I like to click the third option that never makes any sense. I'm just that way inclined.

The Polo, because it's a VW and evey single other make is pointless.

So..... (part 2)
« on: 27 November 2011, 15:35 »
We've narrowed my missus' first car down to a grand total of TWO choices.

Choice number ONE!

- a 90,000 1.4L Corsa

OR

 - a 90,000 1.0 Polo

Insurance is practically the same, economy is similar. It's going to come down to two more things...

Reliability, and poke.

Please decide the winner!

mmmmmmmmmm,

corsa looks decent enough,

polo will be VERY gutless, any motorway or dual carriageway journeys and it will be pants

so the insurance is similar despite 400cc difference ?

well to be fair its down to DRIVER choice, they will both have known issues, pros and cons for both. but for a first car, and with any car that ages you REALLY cant say which will be the most reliable.

Get them driven, and which ever she is most happy with, BUY.

I'd go for Corsa just for sheer spare parts, fixing costs, bigger engine. The polo is a little bigger, probably less rust prone but the engine kills the deal for me.

You can probably buy a new interior for pennies!

Both me and my missus. Thing is, she's on a super tight budget and wants the best she can get for her money.

I managed to find these after hours of trawling through the interweb, and I really cannot decide (neither can she.)

So we just wanted other people's opinions.
