Dont bother with a 1.0 corsa three cylinder - really crap engine ive known three people who have had them and all three had head gasket issues - low mileage cars too.

Can you transfer moped ncb onto a car?

If so tell her to sit tight for a year, buy a dirt cheap moped, take out the cheapest 3rd party insurance you can find and let it sit there for a year. She'll get a years no claims and it'll probably work out cheaper than insurance on the crappest of cars.
