Update-coroners court today=verdict accidental death as vw couldnt be traced as a witness... coroner says choice of 2 senarios, eithe vovlo driver who crashed into dean was overtaking vw golf driver or volvo driver swerved to avoid the vw driver. There may have been 2 people in the vw golf. please come forward if you have a concious to help bring justice for our son, to bring the volvo driver to justice, its not too late as police will look into any new develpoments. The car who hit Dean was a red old volvo.

I am putting out an appeal for your help please.
Our beloved son Dean was killed by a Volvo car driver on the A4304 in Leicestershire 04/12/10.at approx 12:45pm as he was travelling to Market Harborough.
A vw Golf GTD mark 6 silver or white was in the area at the time of the collision and could be a vital witness in what happend on that day and help with bringing forward a conviction. We are desparetly trying to trace this car as a witness...
I am putting out this appeal for help as Deans heartbroken mother who wished to see justice done for her son who was 27 years old at the time and had his whole life in front of him.
If you were that driver or you know who it may be please come forward to either myself 07786639746 or your local police who will pass the information on.

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.....................

I am so sorry - what a very terrible thing to happen.  I hope that the witness can be found and that you can both find some resolution.  My thoughts are with you.
