Thank you all for you kind words and to all the people who have read this. The police are still trying to chase this white or silver vw as a vital witness, with out this person/s help the car which hit my sons black ford focus may never be btought to trial...Please help if you can.

Update: coroners court today,verdict accidental death.... vw golf not traced so police could only go on evidence they have....
They say choice of 2 senarios, either vovlvo driver who crashed into Dean was overtaking the un traced vw golf or he swerved to avoid the vw braking in front of him.lack of evidence either way means no criminal charges can be bought against the volvo driver.
Our only hope is for the vw driver to come forward to give there verdict of what happend....we now believe there were possible 2 people in the car and the vw overtook a white van before the volvo.
