  • Bora TDi 130 Highline - usually filthy.
If I need to give out a number for marketing purposes such as Insurance Quotes etc, I simply use the number on my spare phone. This is switched off in the drawer for most of the year and only comes out for holidays. This way 1) I am not bothered if I lose my phone abroad and 2) I never get marketing calls. Job done

Keeping schtum. Mostly.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

I have caller ID, if it's a number I don't recognise, I don't answer. If it's something important they can leave a message

Thats paranoia not answering a number you don't recognise.

I answer them and once was pleasantly surprised as it was a girl I used to know from years back.
80% of your posts are total tripe, as they are mostly replies to sh1te posts created by the morons that, unfortunately this forum attracts.

nah it's not paranoia, like I said; if they want to leave a message they are welcome to

When I was living in the UK I'd just respond in Welsh until they hung up. Now I live in Spain I just speak English. Works for me!!
