Your best bet is to gunk the engine then give it a good steam clean, just do it on a day when you dont intend to use the car as it wont want to run to well for a while after, let it stand up and dry out.

Then hopefully you'll find the leak easier.

I know how much of a pain it is when your car keeps leaking oil. I've done the dizzy, sump gasket, cam gasket and still have an oil leak on the bell housing which I have diagnosed as a crank main seal gone, oh well gearbox out again.

Good luck with it.

Look at my post on the other page.

Look for this above the oil filter housing, you will only see the white top and a cable coming off it.

When mine was leaking oil from this area it turned out to be the 'o' ring between the two parts of the oil cooler (not between the filter & oil cooler, if that makes any sense.. lol)

To take the 2 parts apart you need to remove the oil filter, then unscrew the nut which clamps the 2 parts together (27mm socket iirc), then the square part should slide off the pipe which the filter screws on to...

You should then see the 'o' ring, whip it off (the o ring.. lol) then smear some clean oil on the new 1 then re assemble...

Hope this helps u out ;)
