That is one lovely looking Golf, it's a shame you use Turtle Wax on it

Only kidding, car looks ace though

yep i never thought i would use turtle wax to be honest but the nano tech stuff seems to gets good reviews. plus even if its rubbish its only tyre side walls i would be experimenting with!

all my other stuff is meguiars, autoglym and poorboys which all seem good stuff.

used NXT generation tech wax spray tonight for the first time and it came up pretty good and only took 20 minutes to do the whole car.

Chemical Guys New Look trim gel always does the job for me. Tenner a bottle but it lasts years and years and years!

I'm a great believer in Turtlewax. It's good basic stuff and got me into valeting and detailing. I now use Poorboys, but I still have a soft spot for it - good and cheap, repeatable results, and I suggest it to everyone who asks about valeting - usually because they've seen the rain beading off my car in the car park and want to have it do that on their own car.
Then I corrupt them with engine degreasers and vacuum cleaners, glazes and sealants

end of the day its only stuff to make your tyres shiney so why pay a fortune for it anyway?

i like to have decent polish and wax for the body and wheels but tyre dressing is tyre dressing really.
