Boxster? Honestly?
« on: 17 October 2011, 15:08 »
Would you buy one?

I have been browsing and mighty tempted to replace my current car (Civic Type R) with one like the below example:

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3332784.htm

I dont need a sensible car, i dont have children and dont need to carry more shopping than the passenger footwell can hold!

I was browsing other RWD cars, like BMW M3's, 350Z's, S2000'S etc, but why not have a porsche badge?

Only down side i can see is servicing costs and the fact people will think your an idiot?

Yet to check, however a friend of mine who lives a few doors down has the newer shape one at 21... So must be possible.

My insurance seems to be flat lined on price. I got quotes the other week to move to a Mk5 R32, E46M3, Bmw 330D (new shape) etc etc. All the same rough price...
