@DOA - Then golf-sib's point comes in to play, what if people don't bother with clutch/flywheel etc upgrades and just go for power increases? It would be easy to then just power past people regardless of what the gearbox and ratios were like. For a truely level playing field forced stock everything bar gear selection choice (manual w/clutch, manual, auto) is the only way. I'm sure after this we will be opening it up to just doing class battles like previously i.e. A class etc. Oh and Horne, are we stipulating difficulty? I.E. simulation everything - steering, braking, damage, tyre wear etc and just having gear selection as the option?

Not everyone can use the clutch in this game and the people who do have an advantage
