mines about 26 around town dropped to around 18/19 when giving her some mid 30s on long runs

on a typical trip to norwich i cant just about nudge 32mpg that is being very gentle with the throttle.

dont see much diffrence in fuel between my 4:mo an 1.8t on the motorway feels like your revvin the nuts out the 1.8t but the 4:mo is so much better for it but 1.8t is better about town

And fuel is crap you will get between 17 and 22mpg in town pending on how u drive and on a run between 25 and 30 again depends on how u drive

Tbh I don't see much more than that in my 1.8t :undecided:

Same as mine, lucky to get much moreĀ  :smiley:

Mine over 80ltrs of fuel averaged out @ 28.6mpg (mixed driving, mostly short runs) and that was not doing it on the mfa readings but working it out with miles covered etc.

since i had mine remapped im gettin 39-40mpg on the motorway doin 80/85 round town im on 34 give it some and im gettin 28 thats proper bootin it aswell:-/ lol

Doubt that tbh, book figure is around 37/38 for a 1.8t, most I have ever seen on a run is 35.6.

Sensible run i can see 40-42 with a feather-weight foot and thats on the IOW. Boring as hell though.

Mine goes lower than 15 when im doing my bit to fcuk that O zone layer up  :cool:
