Lion back to snow leopard?

why would you want to go back anyway!!

Because its P*ssing about with Microsoft word , so just going to put Leopard back on until Lion get it together  

whats the issue with Word ? got it on mine use it a lot and its fine. my word is latest version tho

any version other than the lastest of MS Office for Mac was using PPC code and since Lion no longer supports PPC code then all software that was written for PPC will no longer work. That includes Bejeweled 2.

If you are using Snow Leopard and want to find out what programs you are using are PPC then go to the Apple in the Finder bar (top left of the screen) - ABOUT THIS MAC - MORE INFO. On the left hand side look for SOFTWARE - APPLICATIONS. There is a column called KIND. This is where you wil see if your favourite software is either PPC or Intel. If it's PPC then it won't work in Lion.

I still have 2008 on my iMac as well as 2011 it works fine with Lion.

Works fine for me .. i bought my 2008 copy via a company deal .but got the new version another way as hadn't had 2008 long before the new one came out.

Gone back to Lion now snow leopard seems to be slower and just put Microsoft 2011 office on there works like dream now
