Lion back to snow leopard?

My imac has lion on it, but I want put it back to snow leopard can you tell me the process ? I do have leopard disk but its not doing it ?

Because its P*ssing about with Microsoft word , so just going to put Leopard back on until Lion get it together

hmm strange Ive had no problem with work and i use that program quite a lot!!

After upgrading to Lion from Snow Leopard some people have reported issues, the way round it is either fresh install Snow Leopard or Lion (after backing up your sh!t first ofc).
