I was kind of expecting either a flat line or it to kick to go up to the right hand side.

Thanks for your time, looking for xenons for my wife's new (used) touran but I don't know if I should go for euro ones as they are easy find for sale

Close up it's hard to notice the difference, but at distance its very noticeable. Unlucky for me US spec ECUs don't come with the Tourist option activated, not even all US Spec ECU's are capable of this function. (working with ross-tech to see if i can activate it with my VCDS *crosses fingers*)

Thank you very much, I understand it so much better now, I was expecting the light cut off to "flatline" but it doesn't so LHD headlamps won't be suitable for Mrs Docs Tig 

Looks like it's going to be VW then.....
