Well, if you're just going to run winters on them you may as well get rid of the ringworm prone polished finish and have them painted anthracite.
If you're going to use the wheels in summer you really
need to keep the wheels with the polished face as it looks amazing in sunlight. It also looks amazing under certain streetlighting too.
So a set of polished for summer and a set of grey for getting covered in salt would be the ideal situation in my not particularly humble opinion.
