Iphone 4 fail!

Just come back off my hol & my iphone 4 broke after 2 days.
I was on the beach listening to some podcast's with around 60% batt. The phone just shut down. No warnings such as the 'heat warning' The phone was in the shade and rather cool tbh.  It wont switch back on when i have tried holding the reset buttons, plugging it into a charge point, and also plugging it into the pc. The phone has not been jailbroken or cracked.  where do I stand as to me this is a manufacturers fault?  I have owned the phone for around 4/5 months max.
Im going to call orange in a few hours.  I need a working phone asap for work contacts etc.

haha thanks but I wont be paying for anything as this is mint condition too and has broke due to no fault of mine!

Get a proper phone.

you should have 12month warranty,but it takes about 6 weeks for them to inspect it and send it back or give you a new one they dont rush the wayne kerrs

forget orange just book appointment with the apple store (you can do it online) they will replace your phone their and then if its manufacture fault

my mate spilt beer all over his, got a appointment at the sheffield store in meadowhall the same day he went online and booked it, they gave him a new phone on the spot no messing

top customer service. thats one of the good things about owning anything Apple
