ok just spent 3 hours under my car with not alot of space. bottom of car about an inch from my face.
sorted exhaust once and for all.
got rid of the sebring strait pipe between cat and middle box and replace it with a propper VR6 one and that clamps over the cat and gets rid of that bloody sleeve thing that just lets it all twist.
was a total nightmare geting it on though. bit of wood and a lump hammer then took the middle box and backbox off and put back on one bit at a time.
putting middle box on was a pain as lack of room and the box wouldnt fit between middle pipe and suspension beam till it was all the way on the pipe.
alot of swearing and hammering later also had to squeeze it up with trolly jack. them hammer loads till it was clear enough from the beam not to touch it. totaly smashed my thumb nail up

and backbox was easy to put on.
no way it can twist now BUT it was still tapping the middle hanger so i pulled it across away from where it was tapping and slid the rubbers to one side to hold it away from it then used small jubalee clips on the hanger to stop the rubbers moving back that way and hay presto all sorted. thank fcuk for that.
