On a black or white car they look pretty tasty I think.

Heading towards the new VXR Astra myself though, as a stop gap till the mk7  :laugh:

I wonder if you can order ed35 wheels instead of monzas now? As there is a brand new 210 ps gti with them on at Edinburgh Western Volkswagen.

You can certainly order a GTI with the optional Glendale alloys on now. This one was at my local dealership  :wink:




Yes i know you have been able to select these for months now, but there is a gti for sale with the ed35 standard wheels

The new Astra I have to admit does look a bit special. But no five doors or DSG equiv so I can't see me buying one.

If my Astra GSI Turbo is anything to go by in the 27 months I owned it in 27000 miles it ate three turbos.  It had 32000 on the clock when I sold it with 9 months warrenty left. Never again.
Diagonally parked in a parallel universe.
