this happened to me with my car within a few weeks of purchase i went on the vosa site to check the mot and found it had failed on several items and with a huge advisory list on an mot taken a month before the one it had been given with a straight pass and no advisories

i then found it had holes in the floor that had been 'covered' over

took it back to the station that passed it and they sh@t themselves when i said i worked next to a vosa depot and would be leaving the car with them with all the relevant paperwork and their phone no.

nxt day it went back to be 'repaired' to a safe standard to pass a real mot at their expense...
give them the earful they deserve it could cost someone's life.
