Hi,

I was hoping someone can tell me what wiring kit i should purchase.

I am going to install a Alpine MP3 player - 6*9's, sub and amp. in my 5 door mk3.

The wiring should be good - not the best but good - medium range.

Just need some recommendations so i can find em on ebay.

Thanks

Also i read on this forum some mixed views about 6*9's on the parcel shelf - where else could i put them!? would they fit into the rear door compartments and would that work?

Ta

wires wire!!

the thicker it is the better it works! well thats the power cables

speakers are normaly connected by by oxygen free cable... but you would probibly struggle to notice the difference!!

as i've read in many hifi mags in my early teens!!

good thick cable will give you best results!!

the only thing is quality basicly how long will it last before falling apart... i've always use cheap stuff!

and never had any problems.... theres on  3wires to the amp
power, earth, and remote from head unit!

and then you have 2 for 4 wires running to the subs depending on how many you have!

I'd put the best wire in on day 1. then if you want to upgrade further down the line the power wire is already in there.
