They broke it, they fix it.

Your car went it with working callipers, then it should return to you with working callipers

THEY stripped the callipers and then asked you for £500 for replacements!!! Are they having a laugh!!!

If they do try to make you pay just tell them that your going to contact Vw customer services and kick up a fuss also wright a letter to the manager of the Vw site venting your anger at him that normally works. They break they fix!

Quick Update,

I have contacted VW customer services - who have given me a good will jesture of 60% off.

But in the mean time have still been charged £280 without my consent from the garage.

Also quick question but has anyone else ever got their car back from the garage and thought it looked like a 4 year old cleaned it and missed most of the dirt?
