Don't sound like a cv joint to me! Sounds like a rubbing. A cv is more metallic on an outer, inners usually are felt as a rumble.  How longs it been happening? What suspension do you have?

Obvious question. But are your wheel bolts tight? I see wheels have been added recently.

Ye checked for rubbing, wheel bolt tightness etc etc, started about 4 days ago and has gradually got worse, my initial thought was wheel bearing but there is no play in the wheel and doesnt sound like the normal wheel bearing sound, the sound almost goes away on hard right.

What did you do 4 days ago? Sounds like something simple dont sound cv or bearing related. It's like a creak but sounds rubbery as the speed gets up. You tried changing wheels to eliminate those. Possible high offset problem?? Hard to tell from the vid.
