Help with washers please!

Right my washers have stop'd working all fuses ok checked there is a circuit connected washer motor straight to the battery and it worked changed the old connections on the motor but still nothing oh and also tried a new motor any help would be great.

just checked the circuit again and the test lamp only lights up dim when connected on the negative circuit and really bright on the positive.

What are you connecting the bulb to.  Not sure I know what you mean when you say you get a dim light from negative....

soundilllusion i have just put a multimeater on the connections on the pump then pulled the stalk a voltage of 1.6 was passed through then spiked the positive wire at the back of the fuse box and the same current reading so do's this mean that the relay has gone as there should be a reading of 12.00 to 12.06 volts? also the mfa has now stoped working as well!!

I'll check through the setup of mine and get back to you.  Are all the earths next to the fusebox OK?

yes all earths are fine and all connected to the crowns.
