you should shave it all off before you go in, makes it a bit eisier rather than the doc! and the scars are a tad bigger than i thourght!

just a point to note. a mate in the army had this done and afterwards lost his kids in tradgic (spelling) circumstances and couldnt have another child. that was back in the early 80s. times have moved on with reversals but personally no farking way
