Just surfing the web looking at brake upgrade kits for the good ol mk2.. This is probably not the best braking but it definitely scores some scene points and being a 4pot?? calliper will not exactly be bad for braking..
Can run 10.1 (256mm) up to a 12inch (205mm) disc which are all readily available.. in 4x100
Use an early 4x100 mk3 gti hub (1H2E)
Front and rear calipers are the same from what ive read so can get fronts or rears from a 355.. there is a pair in good nick for £200 on ebay atm.. to fit to the hubs all you need is a head bolt washer to align it all no need for caliper adaptors aslong as you get the callipers with the lugs not the radial fitment.. ferrodo do DS pads for them
Can run a minimum 15inch wheel so rm's are still possible

This is the same calliper used in certain porsche's so they should be readily available
Just curious on peoples thoughts
