I'm a sound engineer, making radio programmes (mostly live) for a certain British broadcaster.
Some days it's great, others not so good.
Management aren't fantastic, bureaucracy is ridiculous and I have to work weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, New Year, nightshifts and stuff.
But the pay is good (for the amount of work) and I get paid extra for nightshifts and there's plenty of overtime going if you need more.
Besides I get to spend all my spare time at work (quite a lot) on here.
