Attacked the SAI this morning, drained coolant and started taking it all apart:

Rocker cover gasket was leaking a while ago and made a bit of a mess:

Cleaned it up:

Fitted blank:

Combi valve and hardlines removed:

Removed the pump and bracket, then removed the carbon canister:

All back together:

Need to order a couple more resistors then I'll get rid of the lower engine cover and N249/N112 valves, then a catch can is next up

Cheers

I did like the anni rear but I wanted to show off the Milltek

The sump has some very minor scratches on it but it very rarely catches, as long as you take speedbumps slowly it's fine!

JOMS are a cheap way of lowering your car, in that respect they work very well. The ride when you're lowered 40-50mm is not bad at all, but any lower than that it is crashy and bouncy. The biggest gripe that I have with them is how poorly they have lasted, one front shock started leaking a few months after fitting them and one of the rears is leaking now.

Think i'llsteer clear of them then
Funds are restricting me so riding on 40mm lowering  springs at min with anni shocks
But still looks like a tractor even with 18"s on

Again, not much to update. Had some neoprene tubing lying around so bodged together a cold air feed:

Deleted N249/N112 valves and the panel they were attached to as well as lower engine cover:

Started to give the engine bay a clean:

I can't wait to have a powder coated inlet manifold and rocker cover, they've been bought just need to get them coated!

Yeah, catch can next, might look into relocating battery to the boot as well.

I got it from Baxxy but it was brand new, it was in a ECP box

Finally got round to sanding down all my net optic trim

Doesn't look too bad tbh! Much better than the carbon wrap that was on before!
