Seeing as Gilly still has his R32 in his sig, i guess the only car for him is an R32, although getting in a MK5 after a MK6 is a big step back - cabin wise.

i only prefer the centre console...the dials on the mk5 are better!

Erm no!!

Partner at work just had a new engine in his LR Disco. Told to carry on exactly as if it was the old engine.

Feel your pain Gilly, especially as it was you who took the time & trouble to help me out deciding on a certain car you used to own, and which I've loved every last mile (apart from the few back from the airport at 1am when she decided to blow a coilpack!!). Hope all goes well from now on!
